SHIPPING & RETURNS
1. How long is processing and handling?
Processing takes up to 2-3 working days including the day you ordered. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a tracking number by text or email.
2. Can I make changes to my order?
We strive on processing and shipping items out as soon possible, orders cannot be altered once payment has been processed.
3. Refunds and Exchange
All sales are Final with No refunds or Exchanges.
4. Are packages shipped on Bank Holidays and Sundays?
No. But feel free to place order and we will process it as soon as the holidays are over!
5. How long does shipping take?
After your order is processed, shipping takes about 3- 5 working days to receive. Please take into consideration, the postal service in your country.
PAYMENTS & ORDERING
Our preferred method of payment is PayPal. PayPal is one of the safest and secure ways to make payments online.
We also accept Bank Transfer if you have a UK Bank Account. Please send us an email via the 'Contact Us' section here on our website or DM us on Instagram @majesticlengths.
OTHER PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
1. Do we sell and 360 Frontals?
We are currently working on adding more to our inventory. Follow our Instagram [@majesticlengths] for regular updates and DM us your suggestions.
2. Do we make custom wigs?
Yes! Just send us a Direct Message on Instagram @majesticlengths and we will respond to you within 24 hours. Please be aware that if you purchase our bundles for us to make you a custom wig unit, a further 3 working days is to be added to the processing time as we would like to ensure our wigs are carefully made to a professional standard.
3. Do we do custom colour?
Not yet. But all our virgin hair bundles can be dyed. We recommend following professional advice on hair colouring so that you do not compromise the quality of your Majestic Bundles.
